Today was Day 2 of my 75 Hard challenge. The excitement of starting the program is still strong and that makes sticking too it easier, but I woke up late today so my run outside was later than planned. I got to the park shortly after 7 AM and walked/ ran for 45 minutes. This meant that I attended my first several meetings this morning nice and sweaty. Thank goodness for working virtually.
Stuck to my diet and got my picture in without any issues. I’ll attach it below. After my work day I got a back workout in at roughly 5pm, then made dinner.
I finished my Gallon of water throughout the day and I just finished reading my 10 pages. It’s time for some rest and recovery now.
I'm excited to continue the program and keep pushing forward.
