75 Hard Day 8
Today was day 8 of the 75 Hard program. So far the program hasn't been incredibly difficult with the exception of fighting off a few cravings. Working from home right now makes getting two workouts in a lot easier (but it means twice as much laundry). I am enjoying the challenge for the most part, but I don't think 8 days is enough to give an honest perspective on it. I am also not necessarily like most in that I enjoy the challenge and pushing myself through the struggle.
I will say switching to a low carb diet and cutting out all alcohol has resulted in me losing nearly 1 pound per day and that's even while I continue to take Creatine and drink a gallon plus of water a day.
At the risk of providing too much information, the worst part of this whole thing is how often you have to go to the restroom. I don't feel like I can make it through one whole meeting without posting a BRB and running out the door.
One seriously positive aspect that I have noticed is that I am thinking much more clearly. I am able to retain more information now and even enjoying reading the books I have lined up. That's mostly because I can actually recall what I have read and apply it to my daily life.
If you are reading these ramblings, thank you. It means a lot that you let me share with you and I will continue to post.
Wishing you all the best and hoping that you remain always relentless!
