Facing the fear of fitness

There are 3 main practices that when performed consistently lead to a healthy life.  

  • Healthy Food Choices
  • Proper Supplementation
  • Physical Activity

Today I am going to provide one brief thought on one of these.  I have chosen to start with Physical Activity.  

One of the biggest hurdles that people face when trying to be more physically active is that they can’t find the energy or time to make themselves workout after a long day, rough morning, during a busy schedule, ect. 

My suggestion is that you look at it like this.  You have a week containing 10080 minutes.  If you are willing to put in the work and push yourself to workout only 30 minutes a day/ 3 days a week or 90 minutes a week.  This means that you only have to suffer (if you feel like it requires suffering, personally I enjoy it) for 0.89% of your week.  Be strong, be powerful. 

The human spirit is limitless and you can overcome anything.  Always fight for progress be a better version of yourself than you were yesterday.
