Taking Supplements - The Truth

Have you ever wondered what the purpose of supplements are?  Are they magic pills that make fat just fall off when you take one?  Do they get you shredded and allow you to squat 1000 lbs?  Will they improve athletic performance without any effort? Will they cause health issues? or even will they cause adverse hormone imbalances?

The answer to all of these questions is NO.  A loud resounding NO.  If anyone ever tells you that supplements alone will make your body burn fat and get shredded, they are lying.  Supplements do exactly as there name suggests.  They supplement your efforts in the gym and on your diet.  I have been taking supplements for over 15 years and I have tried nearly all of them that you can think of.  One thing they all have in common is that they do not provide any results without effort.  

It all comes down to this.  Getting results to reshape your body requires hard work, patience and consistency.  You have to put it in on a daily basis and with that effort and a healthy (even moderately) diet supplements can be the missing link to push you to the next level.

If you do one thing that is hard every single day, you will be amazed at the results you will see.
